2-Years Warranty

Tuttio offers a warranty for electric motor bikes sold. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal usage and maintenance.

(All accessories are not covered by warranty service)

The warranty is applied automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online store

The warranty period for our bikes is 2 years, calculated from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("the Buyer").
