How to Set Up?
The eCross is shipped ready to ride. You only have to mount the wheels on just like on a normal bike, turn the keys and your set to go
Tyres & Size
We have 2 different tyre sizes that you can choose from depending on your height.
For Heights 4"3(130cm) to 5"3(160cm)
Best Fit 14"/12" Tyres.
For Heights 5"3(160cm) to 6"2(185cm)
Best Fit 17"/15" Tyres.
You can always put on your own aftermarket wheels which work just as fine. (Max 19")
DRIVE SELECT
The digital speedometer is attached to the bike Power Throttle and a button to change between miles/Km and driving modes. Bike also comes with a pair of keys to start up

The eCross is equipped with a 21Ah battery that has a range of 40–50 miles 60–80 km depending on rider weight. eCross is delivered with a charger + an adapter depending on your region

SUSPENSION
The Hydraulic suspension significantly enhances ride quality for cross bikes, improving comfort, control, and safety on varied terrain. By absorbing shocks from roots, rocks, and potholes, it reduces rider fatigue, especially on long or rough rides, allowing for a more sustained and focused performance

The warranty is applied automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online store
The warranty period for our bikes is 2 years, calculated from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("the Buyer").
